Our people

Dentist in LiverpoolOur dentists are highly experienced. Practice principal, Dr Jeanine McGinty has been practising as a dentist in Liverpool since 2001. Her fellow practice principal is Dr James Bennett, who has been working as a dentist in Liverpool since 2002. Their colleagues are Dr Amit Mistry, a dental surgeon with extensive experience of dental implant surgery. Dr Richard Brookshaw is also an implant surgeon. Dr Miguel Angel Perea Garcia has a special interest in treating the structures that surround and support the teeth.

All kinds of braces

Dr McGinty has a special interest in braces and Liverpool Smile Studio offers a wide range of braces systems, many of them designed with adults especially in mind. Six Month Smiles, Invisalign, and the Inman Aligner all offer discreet and fast straightening treatments for adults.

Dealing with missing teeth

Dental implants play a big part in our treatment menu. Implants are fast becoming people’s first choice for replacing lost teeth because they replace the root of the tooth as well as the crown. Replacing the root offers unparalleled stability for the replacement crowns. This firm anchoring in the jawbone means that people can continue to eat whatever they like without worrying about their teeth wobbling around and becoming an embarrassment.

A great look

Along with these special treatments, we also offer a wide range of cosmetic dentistry treatments so that your teeth look wonderful as well as being healthy and strong. We do recommend that you come in for a check-up twice a year so that we can keep an eye out for the early signs of decay, gum disease and oral cancer, three diseases that you won’t know you’ve got in their early stages because they don’t hurt until they are pretty well advanced.
